2-Year Warranty

  • Please keep your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

For products purchased in store, the till receipt serves as the proof of purchase and will be requested for any warranty claim.

Please keep it safe. For products purchased from the Online Shop, the delivery receipt serves as the warranty and a certificate per online order.

For all online purchases, the invoice or delivery receipt must be presented, in order to make any claims regarding the warranty or similar.

Return

When returning goods, you may choose your preferred postal service, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for return products,returned packages must have a tracking number. Please note that if you exercise your right of cancellation, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. You are also responsible for securely packaging the item and keeping the receipt from the post office as proof in case any issues arise during shipping.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is undamaged, we will refund the full amount paid for the product within 14 days.
